Rifat Nabulsi + Co, have launched several IPBX bundles for the small and medium business sector in Jordan.
The bundles are based on the Samsung Officeserv OS7030 IPBX, which is aimed at companies that need up to 20 extensions.
The OS7030 is a very flexible system and can be configured with up to 8 SIP trunks (VOIP) or 8 FXO (CO lines), the extensions can be analog extension (FXS, POTS), digital extensions, Samsung IP phones or any SIP compliant phone.
The systems comes equipped with 2 full featured auto attendand and voice mail ports that can be increased up to 4 ports.
For small call centers; uniform call distribution (UCD) and TAPI for CRM integration are also available.
The system is ideal for small offices and branch offices as it can be seamlessly connected to other branches using the Spnet multi-site connectivity feature.
