You can store 2 types of Speed Dial numbers – System and Personal. System Speed Dial numbers (200) are available to all users at all extensions. Personal Speed Dial numbers (up to 50) are only available to the user who stored them. 
System Speed Dial Numbers (entries 500-699) You have 200 System Speed Dial Numbers available for programming; they are numbered 500 to 699. Before adding a new System Speed Dial, it is a good idea to browse current entries to locate a free Speed Dial entry. 
 
Each new Speed Dial is entered in 3 parts: 
 
  • Line Access Code (usually 0) 
  • The number to be dialled (including area code – maximum 18 numbers) 
  • Name associated with the Speed Dials 
 
Save a new System Speed Dial Entry 
 
  1.  With the handset in place, press the Transfer button 
  2. Dial 200 
  3. Enter password of 1234 
  4. Screen will display the word Disable, press Volume + key once so this changes to Enable 
  5. Press the Speaker button 
  6. Dial 705 
  7. Dial the Speed Dial entry number you wish to use (between 500 and 699) 
  8. Dial your Line Access Code (usually 0) 
  9. Dial the telephone number you wish to store including any area code 
  10. Press the Transfer button to save and exit 
  11. Now enter a name for this Speed Dial entry 
  12. Press the Transfer button 
  13. Dial 706 
  14. Dial the Speed Dial entry number you wish to allocate the name to (between 500 and 699) 
  15. Enter the name using the dial buttons (same as entering an SMS using the number keys)
    1. Press 1 for a space 
    2. To delete current or incorrect entry, press the Hold button 
  16. Press the Transfer button to save and exit 
    It is recommended that a document be created on a shared network drive available to all users listing all System Speed Dials. 
    Dial a saved System Speed Dial Entry 
    • Press the Memory button or dial 16 
    • Dial the 3 digit entry number (500-699) or press the Directory (DIR) button to browse entries 
      Personal Speed Dial Numbers (entries up to 00-49)
      Station users can program their own Speed Dials; however the System Administrator can browse and alter these entries if  required. Each station, by default, has 10 Speed Dial entries available numbered 00 to 09. Additional Speed Dial entries can be allocated in blocks of 10 up to a maximum of 50 (00-49).
      Each new Speed Dial is entered in 3 parts: 
      • Line Access Code (usually 0) 
      • The number to be dialled (including area code – maximum 18 numbers) 
      • Name associated with the Speed Dials 
        Save a new Personal Speed Dial Entry 
  17.  With the handset in place, press the Transfer button 
  18. Dial 105 
  19. Dial the Speed Dial entry number you wish to use (between 00 and 49) 
  20. Dial your Line Access Code (usually 0) 
  21. Dial the telephone number you wish to store including any area code 
  22. Press the Transfer button to save and exit 
  23. Now enter a name for this Speed Dial entry 
  24. Press the Transfer button 
  25. Dial 106 
  26. Dial the Speed Dial entry number you wish to allocate the name to (between 500 and 699) 
  27. Enter the name using the dial buttons (same as entering an SMS using the number keys)
    • Press 1 for a space 
    • To delete current or incorrect entry, press the Hold button 
  28. Press the Transfer button to save and exit 
  29. Record your Personal Speed Dial entries using the sheet provided on the following page or a document stored on your computer.
    • Dial a saved System Speed Dial Entry 
    • Press the Memory button or dial 16 
    • Dial the 2 digit entry number (00-49) or press the Directory (DIR) button to browse entries 
    • Personal Speed Dials for extension:
